Our sense of fashion is mostly made up of the images around us, or the people we see. Is this the same with our sense of taste? If we were raised with the message that bitter was a good taste, would we like it?
Yes. Outside influence is everything. Not always in bad way. it may not actually be good at first, but we would probably see it as an "acquired" taste.
